rejection in SalesEvery salesmen runs into rejections in there sales carrier. Or should I say that every human runs into rejections during there life. Perhaps salesmen a bit more because they tend to be rejected in the sales process.

Is that true? Only partly. Because, would you be rejected if the salesdeal did not come through? Often, your quote is rejected, or your business proposition. It is rare that you would be rejected purely as a person. Yet many salesmen have trouble in losing a deal. Often from the perspective of a winners mentality. It seems almost as if good salesmen should have an enormous dislike of losing a deal.

It is frustrating to hear, but you probably work to hard. That is, you spend too much time on work that has no priority and will give you little revenue. Therefore focus primarily on core tasks and make sure those are properly handled. You will check off less tasks, but it will be more effectively.

Communication in CrisisIt is no surprise that many companies are sharply cutting the communication budget this year. A pity, because in general, brands that remain visible during a recession, would come out stronger after that.

Firing is communicating.
Except the frozen or reduced communication budgets, there is something special going on: the focus is shifting from external to internal. That is obvious, in times of crisis management teams have their hands full with communicating with the internal . Lower revenues will lead to employee layoffs, about maintaining the monthly allowance plus holiday pay and bonus. That’s what they are communicating about these days.
